This agreement is a legal contract between you and Daishu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'this App').

By downloading or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees and will communicate relevant changes in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken system security and cause app errors.

This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also subject to the respective terms of those partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, poor signal, local carrier restrictions, or similar user-side conditions. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming outside your home country without a suitable data plan, the resulting charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use. For example, inability to access the service because of a drained battery, disabled permissions, or local network interruption is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
